貸款公司招聘 分行經理，負責管理分行業務運作及分行內部日常運作。
Our client is a subsidiary of an Asia Pacific Loan and Finance Company, they are now looking for suitable candidates to join their branch operation team. The successful candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package and a stable career path.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to The Zone Manager, you will be work closely with the branch operation team to providing daily management operation needs:
- Perform duties in branches and manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products
- Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties
Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist the branch to achieve business target.
Requirements
Degree / Higher Diploma or above in BBA, Banking or Finance.
Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 3 years at the supervisory level.
Good developing and motivation skills for all level of colleagues.
Experience in credit finance, such as personal loans, credit proposals, credit cards, etc., is a MUST
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing.
Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind and strong problems soliving skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
Candidate will less supervisory experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
