Responsibilities:

Review policies and new regulations or consultation papers issued by regulatory bodies, and make recommendations to comply with regulatory requirements
Prepare compliance reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Degree holder


  • Over 1 years or above relevant experience


  • Those candidates with good knowledge in regulations and statutory requirements from regulatory bodies is pre-requisite (such as Banking Ordinance)


  • Holder of applicable Enhanced Competency Framework Certifications (e.g. AAMLP) is preferred


  • Good verbal and written communication skills of English


  • Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
