Responsibilities:
Reporting to Zone Manager, you will be in the relief team and responsible for different branches based on the operation needs:
Perform duties in branches and manage the operations of the branches such as loan processing, credit approval, promotion of loan products
Lead and coach a team of branch staff to perform customer service and administrative duties
Deal with the Direct Sales Team and assist the branch to achieve business target.

Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking/finance industry of which 3 years at the supervisory level
Experience in credit finance, such as personal loans, credit proposals, credit cards, etc., is a MUST
Result-oriented, energetic, detail mind
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC-skills
Candidate will less supervisory experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
